WEDDING PACKAGES - Starting at $1500

* If the renter chooses to bring in their own decorations it will be an additional charge of $7.00 per guest on the original guest list supplied to Rubydoo’s Vintage Event Center.


*Center Pieces: Silk flowers provided by Rubydoo’s Vintage Event Center. Real flowers are at the expense of the Bride, but we will provide the containers.

PACKAGE A. (0-50 guests) Includes:

Friday at 3:30pm to Sunday at Noon; Reception hall and grounds (does not included overnight stay in house).


Free items include: Bridal room/ grooms room, Experienced wedding planner, sounds system/projector, tables, chairs, table cloths, center pieces, decorations for wedding service, set-up and clean up.

PACKAGE B. (51-100 guests) Includes:

Friday at 3:30pm to Sunday at Noon; Reception hall and grounds (Does not included overnight stay in House).


Free items include: Bridal Rooms/Grooms Room; Experienced wedding planner, sounds system/projector, tables, chairs, table cloths, center pieces, decorations for wedding service, set-up and clean up. $100 towards Wedding Cake

PACKAGE C. (101-150 guests) Includes:

Friday at 3:30pm to Sunday at Noon; Reception hall and grounds (does not included overnight stay in House).


Free items include: Bridal rooms/Groom room; Experienced Wedding Planner, sounds system/projector, DJ (up to $350, we book) tables, chairs, table cloths, Center Pieces, decorations for Wedding service, 100.00 towards Wedding Cake, set-up and clean up.

PACKAGE D. (151-200 guests) Includes:

Friday at 3:30 pm to Sunday at Noon; Reception hall and grounds (does not included house for overnight stay)



Free items include: Experienced Wedding Planner, sounds system/projector, DJ (up to $350 we book), tables, chairs, table cloths, center Pieces, decorations for Wedding, $100 toward Wedding Cake, invitations (we pay to print), set-up and clean up.


PACKAGE E. (201-250 guests) Includes:

Friday at 3:30 pm to Sunday at Noon; Reception hall and grounds (house included for one overnight stay).


Free Items Include: Experienced Wedding Planner, sounds system/projector, DJ (up to $350, we book), tables, chairs, table cloths, center Pieces, decorations for Wedding, $100 towards Wedding Cake, invitations ( we pay to print), programs(we design and print), set-up and clean up. Making of a power point.

PACKAGE F. (251-300 guests) includes:

Friday at 3:30 pm to Sunday at Noon; Reception hall and grounds (house included for one overnight stay)


Free Items Include: Bridal rooms/grooms room Experienced Wedding Planner, Wedding Cake (up to $250), sounds system/projector, DJ (up to $350, we book), tables, chairs, table cloths, center Pieces, decorations for Wedding, Bride’s bouquet (up to $150), invitations (we pay to print), programs (we design and print), set-up and clean up. PACKAGE G. (301-350 guests) Includes:

Friday at 3:30 to Sunday at Noon; Reception hall and grounds (house included for one overnight stay).


Free Items Include: Bridal rooms/Grooms room; Experienced Wedding Planner, Wedding Cake(up to $300), sounds system and DJ(up to $350), tables, chairs, table cloths, center Pieces, decorations for Wedding, Bride’s Bouquet (up to $150), Wedding Party Flowers (up to $250), save the dates(we design and print), invitations(we pay to print), programs (we design and print), set-up and clean up. Making of the power point.

SAVE THE DEPOSIT:

A non-refundable save-the-date deposit of $500 is required at the time of consultation and the signing of the contract for the event. No reservation of the facility will be effective until the save-the-date deposit is paid. The $500 will be applied to the renters balance as long as the event is held.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A damage deposit of $250 is required 30 days prior to the event. The damage deposit of $250 will be deposited into Rubydoo’s Vintage Events’ account with a full refund payable to the renter as long as the facility is left in acceptable condition up completion of event. If there are damages, objects missing, or additional cleanup services required, the renter will be billed for any costs that exceed the damage deposit.

OUTDOOR WEDDING

An extra fee of $300 will be charged for outdoor wedding setup.

Center Pieces: Silk flowers provided by Rubydoo’s Vintage Event Center, Real flowers are the expense of the Bride, but we provide the containers.

MONDAY - THURSDAY PACKAGES

AA. $300.00 (10 Guests) includes:

2 hours, Room to get ready, Rubydoos management picked decorations, Bride pick spot to stand and get married for pretty background. Clergyman to marry you, small cake for 10, Pictures taken by Rubydoo’s staff and a bottle of Champaign or sparkling grape juice for toast.




BB. $500.00(20 Guests) includes:

2 hours, Room to get ready, Rubydoos management picked decorations, Bride pick spot to stand and get married for pretty background. Clergyman to marry you, small cake for 20, Pictures taken by Rubydoo’s staff and a bottle of Champaign or sparkling grape juice for toast.
